Normally we do not respond to opinions, everyone is entitled to them. However, in this case when the truth has been manipulated, we will not stay quite. Bellamay Grand is in the business to provide quality living in a care free environment. When we receive concerns or complaints, the staff responds in a timely manner and SOLVES the problem. We are not in the business to give free rent everytime a window leaks or a toilet stops up. Since when has fixing problems become the wrong answer. We are truly understanding that after 3 hurricanes our residents experienced window leaks. What we can't understand is that after thousands of Floridians lost their homes and loved ones that we have certain residents still complaining their windows leaked even after the repairs were made. Again, everyone has a right to their opinion, but when the facts are not presented accurately we will speak up.
