I've lived in many other complexes and this was one of the nicest ones that I stayed in. We had absolutely no problems with our neighbors, maintenance came and fixed problems when we called, and the staff was nice to us whenever we went up front. I'm kind of surprised to read the negative remarks.

As for the hurricanes, it is part of life here in FL and all places have/had issues with clean up - it's part of supply and demand. Having lived in FL all my life, I can say that they handled clean up pretty quickly and well compared to many other places (try Orlando where there are places STILL waiting to be reroofed).

For the money, I feel you are going to get a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful and if we could have moved the complex to our new city, we would have stayed longer. We still talk about this apartment and how much we miss it.
