I can tell you that the person who wrote the "fair review" was way closer to getting it right than the girls in the office and the owner who keep "padding" the ratings with false statements. Come on people, do you think the real residents can't tell what you're writing is a crock' The manager has changed 3 times - wonder why' It seems every 6 months the owner replaces the manager. I'm not sure which one gets sick of the other one - but it's a fact. It's also a fact that the apt's are cheaply built, therefore the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from a dog whining all day to "love-making" VERY clearly thru the walls. For the price you can go to a lot nicer places. Heck for the price I pay , I could have bought a condo and resold it upon graduation - and made money . Plus not have to put up with the noisy neigbors, crappy, stinky apartment, falling trees, and other bull you get when you live here. My advice - STAY AWAY and READ CAREFULLY the other comments - you can tell which ones come from the front office. As for the one by the owner - give me a break - he could care less - he doesn't even live in Gainesville and believe me MONEY is ALL that matters to him.
