New manager SUCKS!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The new manager whose name is Melissa does not care about complaints or issues resident's have. She is very egotistical and only likes to hear the sound of her own voice. She likes to handle problems by completly avoiding the issue and handing it over to other staff members so she can go smoke outside. If you are looking for a place to live and choose this one, GOOD LUCK dealing with her.
