I have to say this is one of the better apt complex here in gainesville. I have never lived in a place were they provide so much for residents. All my friends love the way the apts look inside. As for the other reviews that say this place sucks well i personally think they suck. For the review that the person mentions he had a friend who worked on construction on this place and knows how poorly it was built! Well all I have to say is if you knew that important fact than why did you move in!! The construction is just like all the other places here in gainesville. People we have to understand that we live in an APARTMENT and that we are going to hear our neighbors once in a while, but at least this place is not a party place! As for the two reviews who happened to post on the same day and say that the EXACT same thing, GIVE ME A BREAK!!! You can tell that they are either good friends, roommates, or the exact same person! They mention that for the cost of this place they should get a condo={ Than go get one! I don't think they realize that you can not get a condo for this price and if they do good luck with all the maintenance that goes into it and all the extra money they will be spending on it. To tell the truth these people seem to want evertyhing for free and are just spoiled in my opinion. As for the staff in the office they have always been really nice and have always been attentive. I don't know the new manager nor the other new girls in the office, but the previous manager was always nice and solved my situation pretty quickly. Overall, I believe this is a nice place to live and there are always going to be certain complaints and problems that can not be solved immediately and as a resident we should be understanding and should know that almost anywhere you live you are going to run into situations but it does not mean that we should be vindictive as these previous reviews.
