I'm now in Bellamay grand since more than 18 months.

The apartments are great, good floor plan (1bed/1bath with den that's great to have a nice office at home), good size, good features. The gate is now fixed more often that's better, the complex is very very quiet, except the frogs at night (hard to sleep the windows open)...

I don't know what happens with the garbage now there is a real issue with that, we have now a second container full also no one seems to collect them soon we will have a garbage's hill (hard to conceive with the price we pay)... Maybe the management what to begin a rat breeding company...

For the pool and the fitness center you will meet the neighboorhood overthere, the children around come to use it freely... Same thing for the basket-ball court...

We tried to move from this apartment but, in fact, it's really hard to find a place that worth here (good ratio price/square foot), quietness, good floor plan, recent building, close to oaks mall (but not too much...) and archer road...

It could be really a must if the management would move its butt more than what they do right now...
