It's not just the frogs, although they are a pain - besides plastering the outside of the doors and windows, they creep inside AND the noise at night is deafening. It's also the crappy insulation so that you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. It's the leaking windows. It's the changeover in managers - come on, they change every 6 months - I don't know if they get sick of all the complaints or the owner gets sick of them but I have a feeling the manager's are in a no-win situation. How can you make people happy who are paying exhorbitant rent prices for ghetto conditions'
