I dont know what has happened! It seems like this place has gone down in the last couple of months. The new manager is horrible, you have to call around 5 times in order for them to do something about your complaint. The staff in the office are always so rude and they act like your problem is not important to them. I have lived here for the past 2 1/2 years and I never had problems until now. Me and my roommates always felt welcomed and part of a community but since the change in office staff it has never been the same. I dont recommend this place to no one!
