You can certainly tell that the only good ratings come from the office staff. Anyone who has ever even known anyone who lives at Bellamay Grand can tell you what a dump it is. The previous comment writer was right on the mark. Your belongings will get stolen, so don't even try to even have a decent entry rug - yes they steal those - the only ones you can keep are the carpet remnants - ragged things that nobody wants. The apartments stink because of the mold. The insulation is so poor you don't have to rent an X rated movie - just sit in your apartment and you can hear your neighbors doing anything and everything - and if you're ulucky enough to live on the 1st or second floor, it sounds like elephants when the upstairs people just walk across the floor. This place is way overated, especially for the high-rent. I predict it will turn into a very low-rent place before long. No one with any sense will stay through more than one lease.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!
