why are the maint. guys going around my building putting caulk on all the cracks' I think they need more than caulk. I over heard people talking outside about the mold and roof leaks and water leaking into the building. Where are the real repair guys. I don't want a bandaid on a problem that may have a potential to cause mold. I am moving as soon as my lease is up (3 months left)

What's going on is that Freddy Rath is trying to cover his behind because Bellamay Grand is FULL of mold - the construction was beyond poor - water pours into the area between the fake stucco and the interior walls. My daughter lived there for 2 years and was constantly sick with respiratory problems. The stench in her apartment was awful. You are seeing the only response you will get from management - a bandaid on the problem. The only advice I can give is MOVE - OR if you are a UF student -see one of the free lawyers they provide and sue the heck out of the pompous arrogant Freddy. Good Luck!
