The apartments are nice, that is true! nice tile in bath and kitchen, and spacious, been living heres for about two years.
However, the service is crappy, they change management almos every week.
The manteinance is very slow (of course, they have only one guy for it)
They do not pick up garbage on weekends, so on sundays, it is a pile of trash....
The gym is always dirty and full of strangers....playing basketball
The gates are a shame... if are not working, they are too slow, and people tailgate.
The priice for the apts. is very high, i feel i am wasting my money everytime i pay rent.
Overall, the complex is dirty, full of frogs, reaches,weird insects, and cats without owners that will eat your garbage if you leave it for 10 minutes at the front of you door.
This used to be a nice, clean complex, but it is a -------- now!
DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!! U CAN LIVE BETTER THAN THIS FOR THE PRICE!
