I'd have to say that i am pretty pleased, except this girl in my building can't seem to keep her boy home so they tend to argue at times. Other than that I never have a problem parking even when i am strolling in at 2 am, garbage gets a little piled but i would be one to blame along with many others. The manager is nice and sociable unlike the previous. my fav is the b-ball court and car wash.
