WORST OFFICE MANAGEMENT EVER!!!

Phone tag for weeks on end. They find anything to take your deposit, or charge a fee for everything. Management has changed about three times in the past two years. The best manager was Dana. Ever since Dana left, they have given the office to girls who spend time talking to friends on the phone, do not followup on calls, and who knows what else, instead of taking care of customer's concerns/issues, phone calls, and maintenance requests. Took two weeks to get something fixed in the kitchen and water enters the living room every time it rains. They say they came and fixed it, but it's the same thing every time it rains. There are more apartments at this complex like this, so if you really want to rent here, make sure to ask or check the living room window for yourself. A clue is to check the BROWN blinds that are supposed to be off white! Bike theft is one issue, broken gate that is NEVER fixed, and the entire high school basketball teams playing ball in the indoor b-court. There's only 4 washing machines and 4 dryers in the entire complex. MOST of the time 2 machines are broken and 2 dryers are broken, making you wait forever to do laundry. Frogs are also an issue. They are EVERYWHERE when it rains. Mosquitoes come out of the wood works too! Do yourself a favor and just don't come outside after 4pm. The latest drama here was about 4 police cars that showed up one day for some drug bust. Although overall, this place is OK, the main office/management needs to fire the people in the office and get REAL workers, HIRE more landscapers, not just have the poor one guy who handles the overflow of trash in the dumpsters, and do something about the pest control. Right now, Gainesville is going through some issues with rental prices. Bellamay USED to be one of the best places to live, but now, it sucks. Find another place to live...don't be deceived at how nice the place looks or the "lower" rental prices, when you need help with something, you will NOT RECEIVE IT! And don't fall for the mumbo jumbo speeches they tell you in the office...it's all lies to get you in and take your hard-earned money! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

As manager for Bellamay Grand, please allow me to comment on a few of your issues with our community. I'm sorry that you feel that this office spends time taking personal phone calls rather than doing routine call backs. Call-backs regarding service request, after hour and resident calls are a daily routine for all staff at Bellamay. With the large amount of leases we have gained on top of consistent renewals, we do not have time for play. Our management company sees those weekly and monthly numbers (leases and renewal) especially compared to the previous years. The staff here at Bellamay Grand all work very well together and enjoy our jobs. Dana was an exceptional Manager as well as the others since her employment with Bellamay. Change in Management happens for several reasons and one of those reasons are growth opportunities within this Management Company because they continue to build luxury communities thoughout Florida and others take on Marketing promotions to travel from community to community. Our service team at Bellamay has three high qualified maintenance technicians. Yes, it is a huge responsibility for them to maintain the grounds and trash areas because at times trash is not being placed in the proper areas instead thrown on the ground. However, our maintenance staff work on weekends as well to keep it under control. The gates at Bellamay are working just fine. The only issue we may have is when we have three and four cars trying to squeeze in behind someone and knocks the gate off track. When this happens, this is handled promptly. The dryers have never been an issue for us at Bellamay. Thank you for the comment though, I will continue to look into this and follow up daily. Most residents here have their own washer and dryers and no complaints have been brought to our attention. The company that services them come weekly and the are always working properly. The police incident...you may want to do a block summary report with the police department and you will that information being false. Never once has there been a drug issue at Bellamay. Bellamay is a very quiet community. The residents here handle themselves very professional and bring issues like yours to our attention. What shocks me the most is that you mentioned that this management company takes all your money "deposits" after you move out. I have been in this business for over a decade now and this management company is the best I've ever seen. They don't charge ANY late fees and they don't charge anyone for paint, carpet cleaning, or cleaning of your apartment UNLESS it is above normal wear and tear. If the walls have been painted with red paint, then yes. It would take us more than one coat of paint. If your carpet had candle wax all over it, ink, stains from drinks or pet urine, burns in the carpet..etc then yes we would charge for that. I am pround to say that we give back more refunds than I have ever seen in over ten years of doing Property Management. Most of the residents that have graduated and moved or bought a home have left hteir apartment in great condition. I've been extrememly pleased and maintnenance has been thankful for that as well. A change in landscaping did just take place. We are extremely excited about this new change and have already made some nice changes at the front entrance. If you have any additional concerns, I would be pleased to meet with you to discuss those. You will find that your concerns or suggestions would be handled promptly. Thank you for your time.

Give me a break, Freddy Jr., your place SUCKS. The construction is worse than shoddy, it's downright DANGEROUS - mold, mildew, filth. Your manager's move on because YOU are a pompous, arrogant butt-head who builds crappy apartments - luxury apartments in other communities- ha, you don't have a clue what luxury is - wait a minute - I bet you do know what luxury is - you can afford it because you have fooled enough people into living in your ------ apartments that you're righ - wait a minute, you didn't have to do that - your Daddy gave you all the money you needed cause your were his little baseball star. only problem you never made it in the big leagues, maybe because you are little league
