Moved here because my best friend lives next door and they had a move in special going. Overall, its pretty decent. I like the indoor basketball court (although they need to clean the floor, you slide like crazy), and the pool area is very nice. The gate works most of the time, the apt is plenty big and well set up, and I rather like the location. Some things I'm not too fond of include a rather slow maintenance staff (although I will say they were always quick to fix the big things like the AC), so-so landscaping, thin walls, and the lack of ceiling fans in each room. I would recommend a center building, or at least one not facing the woods. Although it is nice that nobody can see in your windows, everything on the balcony gets really dirty and the sunlight doesn't really get in. Overall I would probably live here again if I wasn't leaving town. There are much better deals in Gainesville, I think, but many of them are the student dominated places. That doesn't bother me, but for many it does. There are a lot of families here, and plenty of kids.
