To begin, the management is HORRIBLE. You can't even call the office, the phones go to an outside call center across town! It takes forever for someone to call you back, if they call back at all. Issues are not handled professionally and nothing gets done. The noise is awful too, due to the actual structure of the buildings. You can hear EVERYTHING! I have lived in other apartments and have never been able to tell when my neighbors are going to the bathroom or going to bed! It's horrible.
The grounds are horrible, there is only one place to put garbage and it is contstantly overflowing! also, the security gates are always either broken or left open.
