the gates! I am a resident at the apartment complex and I am one person who broke the gate by following in behind my friend who I was letting in with my card. Can't put all the blame on management. I figured they saw me becasue it was during the day and after talking with the property manager, i told her I did it she handled it very nicely. I was actually very surprised. I know it must be very frustrating at times to deal with things that break when more than half the time it is the residents fault. On numerous occassions I have seen residents fly through the gates. It never would have happened if I would have scanned my card twice. I do know that that morning I saw these guys putting up the gate arms and when I got home from work around 3:45, two were already broken and I broke the 3rd. Now the trash on the other hand is a little out of hand but I am sure there is a good reason behind it. The management seems to me to be the best I have seen in the last two years. The grounds-look the best in the last two years. Thank you Bellamy Grand.
