The Good:
I've read a lot of issues here about apartment maintainence, but we're never had any problems. One of our bathroom cabinet doors broke, and the staff prompty took care of it. Also, the free parking is nice. Having to trot halfway across the complex from a guest parking space in my last apartment was a real pain.

The Bad:
Workout room. The treadmills are often in need of repair, and the bench press machine seems to be misaligned at higher weights. I've asked the staff to have it fixed since my second month here, and nothing got done. The gate to the pool was never working, and local neighborhood kids would always be playing at the court, which was a little annoying. Oh, and then there was this tree that hung out in front of our building... We had asked the staff to have it cut back, as it was not only pollinating cars, but beginning to dangerously sag over the parking spaces. After six months, they cut most of it, minus the large branch that ended up on someone's hood. Some resident got angry enough to wretch it free of the tree. Finally, the compactor's broken and the office staff have concluded that placing two large dumpsters in front of the unit will make up for it...
Frankly, it's disgusting. Trash is always overflowing. I feel sorry for those people living in the units close to the compactors.

Overall, I would not suggest living here until at least the compactor is fixed. While apartment maintance was good, the office staff seemed at a loss to deal with issues concerning services and amenities.
