Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Three years ago it was a nice place to live but now considering:
* the poor management: only interested by your money, check the community-event sign only: "rent is due" or "ncsi is due" appear on them, not anymore any get-together breakfast, evening pizza gift, etc. like the first management I knew when I arrived here... And they keep the securit deposit even if they don't find anything to re-do in the apartment...
* the bad shape of the buildings: crumbling floors, leaking windows, spaces between the floor and the walls (Cockroach' highways), wasps nests in the stairs and balcony, the bigs fissures in the walls, the mountain of trash out of the too-small container, etc.
* the increasing prices of the rent with no reason
* the un-friendly people working there
I wouldn't go back in this trap, you can find better places, cheaper, on Gainesville...
