Good floor plans, 9 foot ceilings, upgraded items such as light fixtures, faucets and appliances. But when you step outside your front door the charm wears off. The groundskeeping is minimal and nobody picks up their dog poop. I can't let my toddler run on (what used to be) the grass because he will inevitably step in dog crap. The garbage piles up and at times is probably a health code violation. My vote would be to cancel the "community" parties and pay for some general maintenance or a new trash compactor.
