I lived in Bellamay Grand Apartments for two years. I can corroborate some of what people have said before.

1) Building structure: Horrible. You can hear your upstairs neighbor walk across a room. You can also hear your own foot steps and realize you must be disturbing your downstairs neighbor by just walking your unit. If you decide to live here, choose a 3rd floor. Most bedrooms are located near the outside air-conditioning fans. During the night they set off and can disturb your sleep.

2) Maintenance: Decent. Sometimes slow, but in general no complaints.

3) Management. There are constantly new faces, the staff renewal is high, perhaps not a good place to work, low pay, so expect little. They seem to never know what to do. You call, ask something, they are clueless, they say "give you a call back", but rarely do. If you need to call them, ask to talk to the manager. She seems to be the only one that knows what's going on, and has actually been very helpful to us.

4) Trash: Horrible. There is a trash container with a handle that is repulsive, to say the least. Some people choose not to even to touch it, also because the door is heavy, leaving their trash on the side. After a few days, it becomes a sanitary hazard. City trash removal is very scarce, and sometime an open container is placed on the side, which is filled quickly.

5) Dog poop: Tenants seem to think it's OK to let their pets do it on the lawn and NOT pick it up afterwards. It's must be a cultural thing specific to Bellamay Grand. I never saw the management even attempting to do something about it, like circulating fliers, or something. My recommendation; never walk across the lawn. You may save time, but chances are you may end up with crap in your shoes. If you have no pets, not the place for you.
