I recently moved out of Bellamy Grand after living there for three and a half years, the only part it didn't suck was in the very beginning. I lived on the first floor and I could the upstairs neighbor, the neighbor beside me, and the neighbor across the hallway. The structure is not very sound and needless to say, not very quiet. As far as repairs and ensuring that things got fixed, they really need to work on this. My A/C broke 11 times in the time that I lived there. Often times it would break in the middle of summer, try sleeping with no A/C in the middle of summer in Florida, it sucked. Basically they never fixed it, they just put a band-aid on it. Also, the people in the office and the management were completely in competent. I would not recommend anyone living here!
