It has been twelve month since I moved out of my apartment. Bellamay Grand has not mail my deposit after numerous attempt to contact them. I have left the apartment with pristine condition. I disinfected and cleaned the entire apartment. I have always being a good tenant. I respected the rented apartment and pay my bills on time. One would expect a full refund of the deposit e. And most of all, one would expect a respectable company to return the phone calls promised by the manager and staff. Here we are one year later. Not a word or mail from them.
My attempt to contact them was unsuccessful over the past year. As anyone can imagine, each attempt were very time consuming and extremely frustrating. Each time I call, I spoke to a different person. I was on hold most of the time up to thirty minutes. The excuse was they were unable to find my folder. Till this date, they still have not called me or attempt to contact me.
I did not sign up to live at the front road seat of the concert. Peace and quiet is a rare commodity . The office personnel stated the property is quiet and they take offender seriously. She stated she will personally visit and call the offender in addition to the security. They ensured me many times, before the signed contract. Once the lease is signed, the burden of report loud noises shifted. It is no longer their concern. They allowed neighbor playing loud music in the middle of the night and evening. Time and time again, they failed to resolve the noise complaints. As a result, police are often involved.
Beware of empty promises and see through the deliberate deception. I would not recommend renting from Bellamay grant.
