I lived at this dump, disguised as a nice place, for two years. I was constantly sick with respiratory problems. I had no idea until near the end of my lease that it was due to the MOLD in my apartment. -----------, the owner, threw these apartments up in a hurry and then just sat back on his fat a-- and collected the money. The girls in the front office change about every 6 months ( or even more often) because they can't stand the heat from the tenants and then get the W---- OF ----. Stay far, far away from this dump. It may look pretty on the outside, BUT it's all a myth.

If you have been here for two years, why don't you just leave............hmmmm, wait a minute you probably can't afford it, oh and speak on things you know, not on what you assume

Well, I wonder why the post from Anonymous about why didn't I just leave - WAS ANONYMOUS - I'll tell you - because ----------- (owner) posted it. I did leave once I found out what was making me sick every few weeks - had no idea until I found the MOLD IN ALL THE WALLS and dear Freddy didn't give a darn - what a piece of crap he and his apt. complex is - it really doesn't matter now because the place has gone to hell in a hand basket and it's a part of the "hood" now - sorry, Freddy, you might just have to ask Daddy for another loan to support yourself.
