I have been a resident at Bellamay Grand for over a year now. I live in a one bedroom with a den. I have been very pleased with my apartment and I cannot think of any complaints other than a service request every now and then, but that is common wherever you go.
I like the location because it is convenient to Newberry Rd, Archer Rd, SFC, and UF. It's nice too since I don't have to deal with much traffic as you would on Archer road or close to UF. The layout of the apartment is great too, and it seems like everything is of good quality. There is ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and crown moulding throughout the apartment.
Everyone in the office is great and are very helpful if I have any questions. The maintenance staff is always polite and smiles as I pass by. I can definitely say I feel like I am at home here.
I really like being in a gated community too. There has been a few times the gate has not worked properly, (I guess because people run into it), but it is usually fixed pretty quickly.
They also offer free pest control who comes out every Monday. All you have to do is call the office and they will put you down for service if you are ever having bug problems (which is typical in Florida if you don't have your place ever treated).
Compared to many other places in the area, I believe Bellamay Grand makes a great home and has a lot to offer for the price you pay. In fact, I just received a renewal letter and my new rent will be about $60 less than I am paying now, plus they are offering a free gift card!
Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone!
