I have lived here for almost a year, and never had any major problems. The things people are complaning about are not even reasonable......people complain about trash, but that is mostly because the residents are slow and put large items in the trash compactor. Also, maybe if people stop running into the gate, it wold work all of the time. The office staff is wonderful and friendly, I have never had a problem with any one of them. Yes, there have been a few minor problems, but unless yor living in a paradise of your own making, or in a bubble, you will run into that anywhere. To all of the residents complaining, try to live a year with paradigm properties, and I promise you will come crawling back here. Again I love it here and would recommend it to normal people that are used to apartment living, and can think outside of themselves. I give it 4 1/2 out of 5.

Ok, obviously, you have nothing to do but to check apartment ratings for Bellamay Grand...hmmmm maybe you do it because you actually miss it there..but for some reason your not here. Did you get kicked out or something, and now your bitter? I don't know, all I know is that I am a resident here, and I like it, so maybe you should think before you speak. Oh, by the way, learn how to spell complex, and then maybe you will be able to post something worth reading. So to everyone reading this, remember, this is just a bored unhappy person who responded to my candid experience at Bellamay Grand. If there are any questions, you should come check it out for yourselves.
