I have lived here for the last three years and I have many more positive things to say than negative. Yes, the trash situation has gotten out of hand and management should consider working out another day for the trash company to pick up. And sometimes the gates are more of a pain than they are worth... but I have never had a problem with noise, the current office staff are great, maintenance is quick and thorough, the complex is well-maintained (I feel they should pressure wash the breezeways more often but I am ----), the apartments are beautiful and are equipped with great appliances,.. I could go on and on. The only reason I am moving out is that I cannot afford their one bedrooms on my own, even though they have recently reduced their prices. I would recommend to a friend and would consider moving back if I ever got a roommate again.

More pros: great natural lighting, open floor plans, huge walk-in closets, huge bathrooms, ceramic tile in kitchen and bathrooms and crown molding in common areas

More cons: no ceiling fans in bedrooms, no light on fan in living room, could use more storage closets
