I liked the townhome itself. It is old, but liveable. The maintenance is good, when I put in a request, it gets done within a couple of days. However, when I have talked to the management some are very rude. They act like they don't want to help you and you are a nuisance for calling. Aside from the fact of some being rude, it is a rip-off that you have to have the carpets PROFESSIONALLY cleaned upon move-out. I realize that this is conditions upon move-in, but when the carpet is better than the way it was found, it seems unfair that it needs to be done. They should inspect the carpet first to see if it needs to be done, or they need to get it done themselves!!! I would NEVER rent from AMJ again!!
