This place seemed okay due to the low rent. That's the only good thing about this place.

1)The staff are very unprofessional. They obviously view their time are far more important than yours. As such, they are generally downright rude and condescending to you. (Even as a prospective tennant!) A few days ago, a neighboring unit had a roof leak and the janitor guy had to use my closet to get into the crawl space. Not only did he trash my closet, shoving my things around, but he caused fiberglass insulation to get all over my clothes! Hello, now I have to go clean all of my clothes, on my dime, because the janitor can't be bothered to do the right thing. This is typical of ANY contact you have with EFN employees.

2)Don't have a compact car' Good luck trying to park in their tiny, untidy parking lot! It barely has room to manuver around, good luck trying to turn around without hitting another car. In addition, getting in and out of this place is actually scary. Both the entrance and exit are blind: the only way to see out is to ease far, far out into the road, far enough that oncoming traffic WILL hit you.

3)Like safety' Don't live here! Only 1 block away from the housing projects! There are a lot of unsavory characters hanging around, at all hours of the night!

4)Want a quiet place to live' Don't live here. Pets are welcome! Especially loud dogs that bark constantly, people that own those dogs are given a break on their rent(To compliment the annoying staff, of course!) The walls are really thin. Thin enough to hear conversations, any neighbors' music, even someone going to the bathroom!

5)This place is old. Not quite falling-apart old. But, old enough that the carpet has seen better days (Back in the '80s, maybe, the kitchen cabinets in my unit are falling apart, and were probably old when I was born.

6)There is no storage space. No, really, there are 3 closets: one is taken up entirely by the barely-working A/C unit. One is incredibly tiny. The largest is conviently located in the bathroom, where condensation is sure to cause your clothes to mildew and mold.

7) You are not allowed to do any sort of painting or redecorating of any sort. Don't like institutional white as a bedroom color choice' Too bad!

On a whole, I spent as little time as physically possible here. I urge any looking at this place to never, ever live here. It's not worth the hassle.
