Let's start with the short list of plusses: Ample parking, great location, water and gas included in rent.
The cons: The rent is far too high for what you're getting.
The plumbing is regularly faulty, the facilities and exteriors are always dirty, the maintenance never fixes anything unless it is an emergency.
Some units have laundry machines, the rest have to use the filthy laundry room wherein most machines don't work and frequently are robbed for change and clothes.
The leasing agent(s) are helpful, but the owner is completely uninterested in helping any of the tenants and threatens with legal action whenever convenient, to intimidate young unexperienced college students.
Bottom line, you can find bigger, better apartments in Gainesville for less money.
