I lived there for 1 year in a better side (forgot whether it's east or west; it was beige color). The good things were that the parking was ok, not many cars and the maintenance guys were really nice.
The bad things were that the apartment that they showed you did not match the reality even close. The real condition of apartments is dreadful. And I mean absolutely horrible; the carpet stank, the AC looked like it was from the 50s, there were constant problems with the faucets and I actually found hair from a girl who lived there before me all over the bathroom.
The office staff was not any better, really rude and demanding. The only nice and friendly people were the maintenance guys.
I chose it because the price was ok and they said the walls were concrete so there would be no noise. What they forgot to mention was that the neighbors are mostly chinese and indian families so when I would come home from school I would smell spicy food all over my apartment and see clothes drying in front of my door.
Oh and as far as safety, I saw people around the building that I probably would never see in my life, not sure if they lived there or just roamed around. Felt like downtown during the day, if u know what I mean.
So overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone to live there, better find a roommate and rent somewhere much cheaper. That place is a complete ****hole. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
