Great Place
I've had a lot of awful apartments in the past, so perhaps I'm biased when saying that after 10 months of living here this is the best place I've ever rented. Staff has been fine, maintenance has been great, price is awesome, noise is minimal,… See More >anonymous

I just moved from there after living there 9 months. My ceiling had a leak, my bathtub leaked, their were always tons of knats in the house! My neighbors all did drugs and were up at all hours of the night. Its a good location… See More >anonymous

A nice place, I'd say.
I've been living in one of the four bedroom townhouses for about a year, and so far have not had any problems. The rent is a little higher then some places, but it's roomy enough to make up for it. The neighbors are all pretty… See More >anonymous

I do not recommend at all.
The Gardens seemed ideal two years ago when I first moved in. Rent seemed cheaper than other apartments (879 for 2/2.5 baths) back then (now it's even cheaper 799. And I am still paying 879. They won't adjust it) and I liked the townhome style… See More >minique1976

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
One word. COCKROACHES! Along with the noisy and obnoxious neighbors, our apartment was INFESTED with roaches. They were in our food, bed, washer/dryer, cabinets, sinks, countertops, living room, couches, tables, bathroom and dishwasher. The management (Paradigm Properties) is horrible! My roommates and I are so… See More >anonymous

How safe is it really?
I'd have to say, I haven't had any problems with hearing neighbors, the office staff has generally been pretty helpful, maintanance staff is quick and go above and beyond the call of duty to get stuff fixed. My main issue is that within a 2… See More >anonymous

Nice, quiet place
I have lived in the Gardens for 4 years now. Two in a 2 bd, 2 in a 1 bd. The prices are rather high, and I've noticed that things in my 1 bd are now starting to fall apart. Getting to… See More >jaxjosh03

Easy Experience
The Gardens is not a very new property. However, Paradigm has done a pretty good job of keeping the place maintained.

As far as the apartment itself goes, I rented a 1 bedroom apartment. It was a nice sized apartment. However, the layout… See More >anonymous

nice place to live
My husband and I lived in the gardens for about 9 months, and it was a very nice place to live. Being a woman it was important for me to feel safe, especially at night, and I did. The office staff was very… See More >anonymous

Nice, but pricey for one person
I am currently living here, but do not plan to renew my lease. I live in the 2 bedroom townhouse modle with my husband. Since he is in school the rent and utilities are mainly paid from my salary, it´s getting to bee… See More >The Gardens
