In the pines is no different than how you predict Hell to be. There is nothing good about this place. I have lived here for a few months and I go to the leasing office daily to try and get out of my lease. If you have a problem, they wont come. They don't spray for pests, so you will see 4-5 roaches in every room. I've been in a few apartments in my life, and this is by far the worse place ever. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! PLEASE GO AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF!!!
