Jefferson has exceded my expectations since I moved there in August 2008. Being close to downtown is so convenient and only having a 10 min walk to campus is even better. I shopped around for apartments after my first year but I could not find anything that compared to Jefferson's price and service. I also continually get flyers on my door about resident breakfast and lunch or other events for us. If Jefferson keeps the rent reasonable and continues to offer the things that they do, I don't know how anyone would live anywhere else. Highly recommended!
