Park Lane has gone out of its way to provide us residents with amenities that are found no where else. Just look at the pool and the clubhouse. The units are spacious, the staff is incredible, the property is very well located and the service is superb. Construction should be completed momentarily and then, this project will rock. Barnie's Coffee, Quizno's, Domino's are all slated to be located in the retail area. Which other apartment project in Gainesville can offer you what Park Lane offers' I have lived in Gainesville for years and can assure you that this one person who criticizes Park Lane can NEVER be happy - no matter where they live. Maybe they are just unhappy with themselves and are looking to blame anyone and anything on others.

I agree. No one can talk so highly about an apartment complex. It was under a lot of construction at the time. Also, it sounds like an advertisment. They seem to name all the stores, etc... They should delete this review.

PARK LANE IS ON THE ROCKS! HAVE A LOOK AT THE TRASH AT THE ENTRY! AND SMELL THE POND ITS REALLY GROSS.LISTEN TO THE SOUND OF THE WATER FROM THE PIPES GUSHING DOWN THRU THE PIPES.AND YES WATCH OUT FOR THE BUGS,FROGS AND HUGE LIZZARDS THAT LIVE IN PARKLANE.ENJOY THE SMELL OF GAS FROM YOUR LOVELY FIRE PLACE.YOU WILL NEED TO RUN YOUR AIRCONDITION FOR QUIT A WHILE TO COOL YOUR BEDROOMS. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE GRAND STANDING USED HERE. SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT.
