Apartments are quite nice inside- very clean, no bugs as mentioned already. Downside is water in middle- what is the plan'- lots of flies from this, including on the porch. Gates still not being used'''' Most people in the community are also not very friendly, not sure why'' Overall, I recoommend it due to being in a good location(it is very quiet), and the great features inside the apt.
