What a nice place Park Lane is. We looked around every apartment community and couldn't find one that matches the style and elegance of Park Lane. Plus the Barnie's Coffee at Park Lane...wow.! Have any of you seen anything like this in Gainesville? The service, style, cleanliness is a breath of fresh air. Also, the ladies in the leasing office..always polite, smiling...not like the ones that we met at some of the other complexes....And, they wear uniforms. How nice is that??

who cares about your uniform fetish. The ladies in the office are rude and so are alot of the residents of park lane. I took the tour and i saw alot of things that didnt look right. I also hate trash greets you at the gate. It was runnig over the dumpster. I will not be moving there. Very unfriendly office staff.
