It was horrible from the moment I moved in. The finishing in the apartment was terrible and we had bugs at least once a week. The area is terrible. Imagine, it used to be the swamp. When it rains I feel like I'm in the rain forest. Then, the next day frogs are all over. Plus I had a poising spider living on the stairs. The office people are rude and impolite. When they don't like what you have to say, unless you are there to pay they treat you badly. I'm glad I moved out, such a relief. Oh, and they charged me almost $3000 because I didn't steam clean the carpet before I left.

The charges on this account were due to over 47 pet stains on carpet less than 4 months old!! Persons that do this sort of thing to someone else's property cannot be trusted to make judgemental statements that are not at all true. The Manager of Park Lane |

wow the manager of park lane sounds like some kind of ---- on here. i feel highly resistent to move there now that i have seen the management responses as im sure others who read this would. if a tentant has a complaint you should try to find a solution, not tell them why they are wrong and stupid (and i direct this towards all the other complaints parklakedirector has responded to). |

I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT OF PARKLANE. I HAVE ALSO FELT THE UNKIND AND VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF TREATMENT. THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY BUT, THAT IS ALL THAT I CAN SAY NICE ABOUT WHERE I LIVE. I AM VERY UNHAPPY AND HAVE BEEN SINCE MOVING HERE. THE NOISE IS UNREAL IF YOU LIVE ON THE SECOND AND THIRD FLOOR. THE STAIRWELL IS HORRIBLE AND VIBRATES VERY LOUDLY! THE BUGS ARE UNREAL. I HAVE FROGS; HUNDREDS OF THEM WHEN IT RAINS. I HAVE UNIDENTIFIED BUGS THAT ATTEMPT TO ENTER MY PLACE AS I EXIT. THE WALLS& CEILINGS ARE PAPER THIN NOT WORTH THE PRICE THAT I PAY. I FEEL AS IF COMPLAINTS GO UNHEARD. RENTER PLEASE, PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Park Lane really does need to look at the noise complaints. I saw a blurb in the monthly news letter about the noise. This is a red flag to renters if you can get your hands on septembers news letter it talks about NOISE. I suggest you check it out before you rent ASK THE NEIGHBORS IN MULTIFLOOR LIVING!
