Since Day 1 living in this apartment, we have encountered over 25 different reasons why "Park Lane" has to "intrude" (and yes this is the word they put in our notice) into our apartment to fix items on their so called "punch list" for our "convienence"
1. There is nothing convienient about having people come into your apartment on a weekly basis to 'fix' issues that seem to never be resolved
2. The office manager is extremely rude with tennants. You would think she 'owns the place, but I'm doubtful she could even afford the rent
3. A "punch list" should be finished "BEFORE" a tennant moves into his/her apartment. If Park Lane claims to be one of the most luxurious communities in Gainesville, I suggest they relocate to a third world country in which their 'low' standards may be accepted
If I were able to fit every fact based complaint that I have in regards to this highly flawed and over priced 'community' I would. Please adhere to this warning as it is and move someplace else! (PS Avoid the pool, I have spoken with other residents who have gotten sick due to the lack of regular cleaning that by law is required of any rental property !!!

We have so many happy, wonderful residents here at Park Lane that have endured long and repeated annoyances due to construction issues, but this is the nature of the beast called "New Construction". It is never perfect and while we continue to insist that the contractor finish the job that he started, we have learned that we cannot please everyone. Obviously you are one of the ones that takes offense to the above. We are sorry. Regarding the pool, it is cleaned daily and we have passed every pool inspection that we have had from the county and the state. Make sure that you only state truthful facts if you choose to remain anonymous. I choose not to dignify your comment about my being able to afford to live here as once again you speak without truth and to my knowledge we have NEVER been rude or hostile to anyone, especially a resident!!! I was very unhappy after finding out that the apartment that I had been shown and promised was unavalible. I think it would have been nice if they had told me that the apartment model(Doorchester)they showed me would not be avalible anytime within the next year BEFORE I had driven all the way from Miami to turn in my application. I truely felt like the victim of the oldbait and switch!

I have already cut all ties with Park Lane. Moving out of Park Lane was a huge relief. I'm not going to waste anymore time with you and wish to never step foot on your property again. If you could only hear what other residents are saying about your property. I shouldn't have taken this approach in dealing with the situation. I should have just expressed my concerns directly with you. I just never contacted you about problems with the community because of how unprofessional you and your staff are.

I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE POOL. I HAVE ENCOUNTERED RUDE OFFICE STAFF. IF YOU GET ONE PERSON TO COMPLAIN ABOUT RUDE OFFICE STAFF THEN, MAYBE OFFICE STAFF SHOULD RE-EVALUATE THEMSELVES. IT IS GOOD TO BE OPEN TO TENNANT JUDGEMENT THAT IS PART OF YOUR JOB.
