I've lived here for 8 months and am moving out next month to move out of town for a job. Otherwise, the only reason to leave here is to buy your own place. The mojority of the people here are young professionals. There are lots of medical residents and nurses from UF. I don't think there are many undergrad students and, at least where I live, it's very quiet. If you like to walk, there's a sidewalk that runs along the inside of the complex. If you jog, you can run up Tower road about 1 mile and get on the 'Haile Trail' which is a nice jogging trail. Almost everyone here loves it. The office staff, I really can't imagine they could do a better job. There is a big area in the center of the complex that fills up with water when it rains and the frog population in the state of Florida doubles. But it doesn't matter. This place is focused on customer service and it shows. Some people will never be happy but, if you can be happy, you'll be happy here!
