| 11/24/2012 | I lived here for a year. The bathroom sink and bathtub faucets were really old and the caulking around the bathtub was moldy or missing in some parts. The dishwasher didn't work and was never fixed despite several calls to the office. The a/c duct had a hole that let cold air escape inside the a/c handler room; again, never fixed. I left the apartment spotless when I moved out and regardless they charged $165.00 for cleaning, so be aware that you will not get back all the money that you left as deposit, no matter how well you clean.
