Beware of pet fees! They say some of it is refundable, and some isn't, but they charge beyond the pet fee if there is any damage. Why then, do they charge for the pets' Don't know, and they can't tell you either because it's probably a scam. Get EVERYTHING in writing! Make sure you get copies of everything you sign, because the office staff can't seem to produce documents that they insist you signed upon leasing.
Horrible about security deposits. Office staff will not disclose the owner location, or even the owner's contact information.
Don't bother doing laundry on the premises. The washers and dryers never work properly, and the office staff doesn't respond well to needing them repaired. All in all, you get what you pay for here. Spend some extra dough, and avoid the headaches.
