| 04/25/2013 | I consider this place, one of the worst places to live in Gainesville, especially if you are a graduate student. The apartments are nice inside and have great appliances; however, the trash disposal area is really far and definitely a person needs a car to take the trash to the disposal area. Another issue is noise, before I moved here, the staff told me that the apartments have noise barrier walls, but the 2 big windows in your bedroom will make you listen to neighbors easily, especially when they spend a lot of time in their porch partying until morning. ...
