Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I have just renewed my lease for the upcoming fall semester. I have lived here a year already. It's quiet, maintenance is good and plus there is plenty of shade to keep my car out of the sun. For the size of the apartment and the proximity of the complex to UF and the stores you can't go wrong for the price. For what you get, the rents are by far the cheapest in town.
