Nice & safe place to live

I have lived at Tuscan Bend since August, 2004 and I think that it is a quiet and good place to live. The management lives on site and are always available if there is a problem. Also there is a police officer who lives in my building who is the courtesy officer. This is the same building where the guy with the purple car lives. The gentleman with the purple car is a very nice man...always friendly and polite and is not a trouble maker. He does not seem to be a gangster to me.
