Let me tell you that I have had a living experience at 6 different places in Gainesville. By far this is one of the best. If you don't like it here well then please stop complaining about nothing. First off, if you have any bugs in your apartment, you have to say something to someone. I personally have had problems but the pest control (McCall service fixed them). We live in Florida so if you don't encounter a a bug here or there---> get out of the SWAMP!!! But overall, my apartment has had no bug problems. In fact, everytime there has been a problem, the Staff here has helped. Whether it be a running toilet, a new air conditioner unit,misplaced mail key, an extra key, a hello, a copy/fax machine, a place to workout & study(with Wireless internet), or an email from the staff. The list goes on-- to the halloween get-together that went so well. The food was great. Looking forward to a Christmas get-together too.

Most apartment complexes don't attempt to please their residents, but I have seen them try to make Tuscan Bend a great place to live no matter what your background is. Tuscan Bend is a diverse community and that is what makes it unique.

Also there are no signs of terrorists or drug-dealers that live around here. And if you think there is then leave because we don't need people making irrational claims.

This is also a great place to have a pet. When I walk my dog, everyone is friendly. There are actually quite a few dogs and cats that live here at Tuscan Bend and to me makes this place that much better. There's several people that don't know about this PLACE. But it beats out my other apartments/houses in all aspects.
