This place used to be a decent complex. But since Debbie and John left, the rent has become ridiculous, maintenance has gone down the drain and the owners don't give a flip about tenants--only their bottom line. Minor maintenance requests take forever to get handled. They can't seem to keep a manager. The pool is always dirty. The utility bills are through the roof. There are plenty of complexes in Gainesville with more to offer and lower rent than this place. Laundry facilities are always in poor repair. My reasons for putting up with this mess are gone and, as soon as my lease is up, so am I.
