My roommate and I lived in the complex for a year with little or no complaint. The neighbors were decent, I only saw two bugs in the apt in a year, maintenance was prompt when required, and the general atmosphere was good. My only real complaint is to some of the neighbors that felt the no parking zone in front of the side walk was their personal parking space. Even at the end of July, when everyone is moving in or out, some idiot parked there for two days, blocking access to C and D buildings.
