I have lived in Tuscan Bend since Jan 2004 and moved out in May 2006. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Infact, living in Tuscan Bend has raised my expections as a tenant! I am looking for apts in Houston now and I find myself comparing my superior experience in Tuscan Bend to the apts communities there!

Yeah, this was before the elephant lady came but her henchman is still here- the maintenance sucks and the place is run down now. Don't try to pass this place off for something it's not.

Its not nice to call her the elephant lady. Her replacement lasted less than a month and now there is a new guy. It is 100% the ownership of this complex who suck. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! They think a lease is leverage to get money from you, not a binding contract between two parties. They do not give their people the tools to do the job. It doesn't matter who is behind the desk, until the owners change the place will be a slum. I've been here since before Debbie and John left. Back then, the lawn was well tended, the pool was clean, leaves did not cover the parking lot and maintenance requests were dealt with promptly. This is a complete 360 from what it is now. These days if it costs more than a few bucks to fix, they don't fix it.
