I pay less money on rent than any of my classmates, yet they come to hang out at my apartment in Tuscan Bend because it is more comfortable than their places. The 2/2 apartment is spacious with well-functioning appliances. There is plenty of parking by each of the buildings, conveniently located mail and trash facility, two laundry rooms, decent pool, and an uncrowded work-out room. Yes, you could find apartments in Gainesville with a more showy or trendy appearance, but you would also waste money on those places that do not really offer any better quality of live. The tenants, including families and college students, all seem to coexist without problems and I have never felt unsafe during my year leaving here. I definitely recommend this facility for studious undergrads, grad students, families, and working people.

I wrote the above review before the complex changed ownership. Things have really gone down hill lately: more trash, shopping carts everywhere, poor landscaping, and the parking area even seems less well-lit. It no longer is a great value, because the complex really looks run down.

If this is true identify yourself you lying B--ch. This place is rundown, dirty and the management sucks, let's not even talk about the crappy maintenance.

SORRY mackchops, I tried to retract calling you names but anyone who says anything good about this place is obviously on drugs or something. True the elephant lady is gone Laurie but her mess is still here and she left her henchman and his wife Stacy the dumber than dumb maintenance

In 2005 - 2006 Debbie and John owned the complex. It wasn't a rock star palace like the guy above suggests, but it wasn't what it was by 12/2007. It doesn't take long for a complex to suffer from neglect and this one certainly does.
