let me start by saying when i first moved in tuscan bend it was a nice place to live but since then it has been sold to private owners and lets just say things just aren't the same not even close just to list a few things sparkling pool yeah right its either so overdosed on chlorine its like swimming in a bleach bottle or its so murky you cant see the bottom even on the shallow end maintenance yeah if you dont mind jerry rigging landscaping i dont think spreading a little mulch out should be considered nice landscaping anyway i could go on and on but anyone who visits here can see for themselves that this place is not a good place to live oh most important beware of the elephant hooved lady in the office 'LIZ' you will always be put on defensive and you will always be wrong no matter what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i realy hate that fat B--CH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Runnawaytenant, this place is run by a bunch of idiots that why. The maintenace takes forever to fix things if it gets fixed I mean about two months. These people don't care about quality only money. The untilities are outrageous and I can hear my neighbors doing everything including having sex and all the noise that comes with it.
